When creating a new Case, Users can have of the option of modifying the Case Creation Date, Survey Dates, and/or Toggling off the initial Patient Enrollment Email. This allows Users to upload historical cases without bothering their patients, seamlessly transferring ongoing cases from another system to inCytes™ without missing a single follow-up, and otherwise adding creating custom case settings.

Patient emails, including invitations to register and reminders for survey completion, now come in engaging HTML formats. The improved design will automatically incorporate your profile image and logos, making your emails appear as if they came from your own practice, and ultimately contributing to their performance and improved patient experience.
