The pricing and payment terms for RegenMed Products and Services are provided below. Standard Legal Definitions are deemed incorporated herein. Final pricing, terms and conditions are as specified in a binding Master Services Agreement, Authorized Amendment, Statement of Work or other document executed by the Company and a Client.
A CIRCLE
A Circle is a group of physicians generating clinically and statistically significant datasets based on a single Observational Protocol (OP). Most OPs address a single (i) anatomical region, (ii) pathology, (iii) treatment protocol, and (iv) standardized outcomes measure. Circles Datasets are based on a patented, closed platform which ensures compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, Part 11, and Good Clinical Practice. They are free of data manipulation algorithms, critical gaps, AI hallucinations, unvalidatable data, and other “big data” artifacts. Circles Datasets are copyrightable, with clear ownership rights.
CIRCLES PRODUCTS
Longitudinal Cases: $5
Single patient. Includes Patient Enrollment Portal. Integrates and correlates data from up to three separate clinical (including laboratory) surveys, and baseline and up to five standardized patient outcomes surveys.
Platform Access Subscription: $35 per month per Subscriber
Any device, any time. Cancel upon thirty days’ notice.
Enterprise Circle: $4,250
Includes Observational Protocol preparation and encoding, site management, custom branding, technical support for all investigators, regular reports, assistance with Investigator recruitment, collaboration, articles and presentations.
Physicians-Owned Circles
Participating physicians own 85% of all POC Dataset, and are allocated 85% of all resultant license fees. See here for more information. No charge to qualifying physicians beyond Case and Subscription fees.
Supplemental Circle: $500
Custom Observational Protocol. Available to sole practitioners as well as Enterprise Clients after the first Enterprise Circle. Includes one revision, custom branding.
Platform Use: No charge first six months. $250 per month thereafter

PAYMENT TERMS
General
- All Circle and other charges are to be paid through an authorized credit or debit card, or automatic bank debit authorization.
- All VAT, sales, and other taxes are for the account of the Client.
- All wire charges, currency conversion and other bank fees are payable 50% by RegenMed and 50% by Client.
Cancellation
Client may cancel one or more inCytes™ Licenses at any time upon thirty days’ written notice. All Circle and other charges incurred through the expiration of such thirty-day notice period remain payable.
Billing Cycle
- Case charges accrued through the end of each calendar month are payable within the first ten days of the following month.
- Subscription charges are payable monthly in advance. Additional Circle and Support Hour charges are payable upon the execution of the relevant Statement of Work.
- Enterprise Circle charges are payable 50% upon execution of the Master Services Agreement and 50% thirty days thereafter.
