Can I Limit Completing the Survey for Patients When It’s not Relevant Anymore?
Clinicians can request setting custom expiration dates for surveys. This is to help set a time when the patient is locked out of the survey with set due date. A primary use for this feature is to set completion dates for a survey when they are deemed no longer relevant by the clinician.
You should contact your Account Manager to discuss setting the required expiration dates in your surveys.
