SMS sent by our platform but not delivered to the recipient  due to the reasons on the side of the recipient as one of the following:

• The recipient's phone is switched off
• The number is roaming (abroad)
• The recipient opted out of SMS
• Billing issues
• Problems with the carrier network
• The recipient may be out of network
