      How Do I Opt-Out From SMS?

      This option is temporarily only available for USA and Canada recipients

      To unsubscribe from survey reminders sent to your mobile phone via SMS, simply respond to the message with any of the following:

      • ARRET (in French)

      • CANCEL

      • END

      • OPT-OUT

      • OPTOUT

      • QUIT

      • REMOVE

      • STOP

      • UNSUBSCRIBE

      The ONLY supported opt-out keyword for phone numbers in the US and Canada is STOP.

      You may also tell your health care provider you no longer wish to receive text messages, and they can remove your phone number from your case details.
