How Does My Healthcare Professional Protect PHI?

The policies pursuant to which an HCP handles PHI or other personal data, including personal data collected on the inCytes™ Platform, is specified in the privacy policy of that particular HCP or the medical institution with which he/she is affiliated. We refer to that policy herein at the Medical Institution Data Protection Policy, or “MIDPP”. Regen Med has no control over the terms or implementation of the MIDPP, and encourages you to review it with your HCP.
