Changing Password

We recommend you write down your password or use the password manager so you don't forget it.

To change your password, follow the steps below:

1. Click Profile at the navigation bar
2. Click CHANGE PASSWORD at the top right of the screen (next to EDIT)
3. Enter the existing password
4. Enter your new password and confirm it
5. Click SAVE

OR

1. Log out, Click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? under the Password field
2. Enter your email
3. Click SUBMIT
4. Find the email from no-reply in your mailbox. Enter your access code that has been sent to your email
5. Enter your new password and confirm it
6. Click RESET PASSWORD
7. Sign in with your new password/with your new credentials
