We recommend that you don’t deactivate push survey reminders as they help to complete your surveys in time and keep you and your doctor updated with your results and monitor your recovery
If you still decide to turn off push notifications, take the following steps:
On iOS:
- When you first install an app, you’ll usually be asked whether you want to allow notifications, and you can refuse them at this stage.
- You can turn off all notifications for the app by toggling off "Allow Notifications" in the settings.
On Android:
- Go to your settings and find Benchmarc app in the list
- Toggle off push notifications
