Please follow the recommendations to avoid problems with your exported file:
- Please make sure that the software you work with is up-to-date and you use the latest version (of Excel, or any other programme you use to work with the export).
- Do not re-send the exported report (esp, from one operating system to another) since these actions may “break” the file.
- If you can’t open the report, try to move to a different computer (with another operating system) and re-export / re-open the downloaded report.
