The screen says “This Protocol doesn’t include any images. Please try the Scores or Case pages for relevant updates”
It may take some time to display the images or graph after you pressed VIEW PATIENT’S RESULTS button.
To resolve the issue with the image display, make sure that:
- your internet connection is stable
Try to open a new website you have never visited before. If it uploads, everything is ok with your internet.
- you have one patient portal in one browser opened
Avoid viewing patient’s results of two and more cases simultaneously.
To view results of two different patients you are to open them in different browsers/on different devices.
