I can’t access my patient portal
There are two possible reasons why you may experience errors when trying to log into your Benchmarc account:
1. Your session has expired
To ensure your security, your session automatically ends after 1 month of inactivity in your account. This means that if you start completing survey/s and then leave your portal without closing the tab or logging out of the mobile app for more than a month, your session will expire. If you return to the unclosed Benchmarc tab after a month or more, you will need to log in again to continue using the patient portal.
If you choose not to select the option "Keep me signed in" during the login process, please be aware that your session will expire after one hour.
To access your patient portal again, just click on the LOG IN and enter your email and password.
2. You’ve followed the wrong link and are trying to access the case that is not yours
If you happen to receive the wrong link, don't worry! You can still access your patient portal and complete the assigned surveys. Simply click on the LOGIN button and log in to your patient portal again. Once you're in your personal portal, you'll see a banner informing you about any tasks that are due.
