During investigator's sign up process, a closest time zone is being assigned within inCytes™.
That time zone is used for sending:
- patient-oriented emails (registration and survey due reminders);
- patient-oriented SMS (survey due reminders).
Reminder messages are sent starting from 8 AM according to the selected Time Zone:
- USA (UTC-6)
- Europe (UTC+2)
- Asia (UTC+8)
Note: Team member has the same time zone as the subscriber

Emails and SMS messages (excluding Registration email) are sent according to the selected time zone.

Reminders are sent starting from 12 AM of that day in accordance to previously assigned Time Zone.
