      What is Open API? 

      Open API is a technology that describes the process of data-sharing between different applications. Simply saying, API helps different apps interact with each other. 

      What does it mean to have an Open API? 

      It means that our customers can get their information in and out of inCytes seamlessly, without having to re-enter all the data. 

      What can I do with this API? 

      At the moment, we offer the following options to share with the platform you currently use:

      • Creating/ archiving a case 
      • Updating case info 
      • Getting case info

      • Updating patients’ info
