Email communication is a great tool for your medical practice to keep patients up-to-date with their treatment progress and follow-ups.
The emails are auto-sent when a clinician or team member uses one of the system events that offer this feature. The email texts are designed according to the customers' preferences.
We offer emails for the following events:
- Invitation to register in inCytes™: This email is sent to the patient when the case is first created or when the investigator first adds a new patient to the system. Clicking the LET’S GET STARTED button will take the patient to the registration screen.
- Survey reminders: An email is sent when the patient has a survey due. Clicking the ACCESS MY ACCOUNT will take the patient to the log-in page or to the survey if the patient is already logged in.
To accommodate our international users, we support the following languages:

Thus, you and your patients can receive emails in your preferred language.
