This email is automatically sent to the patient when their case is initially created or when the investigator adds a new patient to the system. By clicking the "LET'S GET STARTED" button, the patient will be directed to the registration screen where they can begin their journey with us.
This email is sent to the patient if they have not registered after receiving the enrollment email. This reminder is meant to encourage the patient to complete the registration process to gain access to the patient portal and fill in the due survey before coming to the clinician on the treatment date.
An email is sent when the patient has a survey due. Clicking the ACCESS MY ACCOUNT will take the patient to the log-in page or to the survey if the patient is already logged in.
