Registration Troubleshooting

In the process of registering / signing in to Benchmarc™, our system checks to see if your email already exists within the database. When the email address is verified, a green tick will appear next to your email address.

Incomplete Registration

If your email address has been recognized by the system, but you haven’t completed the onboarding process prior, the support message with the link to finish your registration will appear. Click “finish your onboarding” to complete the registration to your personal patient portal.

 

Email Address is not Recognized

You may try to register but the system does not recognize you. In this case:

1. Make sure you're using the same email address you used for registration/provided to your clinician. If you have multiple email addresses, you may want to check each to ensure you are using the correct address.

2. Review the below checklist to find the possible technical reason:

  • Check that there are no spaces before/after the email
  • Check that the symbols are entered in the right language
  • Make sure that the email address characters are not title-cased without necessity
