What is 2FA?
Two-Factor Authentication, or 2FA, is an optional setting set by your clinician to protect your data. This is an extra measure to secure data in case your password is stolen.
How it works?
2FA is a two-step process as it requires additional verification information when you access your account:
1. The first authentication step is entering your password.
- Your password must be unique
- It’s highly recommended that you change your password regularly
2. The second step is entering a verification code sent to your mobile phone after the password has been provided
After enabling two-factor authentication, you will not need to enter the verification code again since the system remembers your device.
