What Personal Data Do You Collect?

Regen Med provides inCytes™ as a data collection and reporting tool for healthcare professionals (“HCP’s). In some cases, your HCP may use the inCytes™ Platform to collect, store and report on Personal Data, including PHI. The inCytes™ Platform is designed and implemented so that only the HCP’s, or other persons or individuals so authorized by the particular MIDPP, have access to Personal Data. Therefore, none of Regen Med or any employee, officer, vendor or other party associated with it collects or has access at any time to Personal Data, except and to the specific extent authorized by the MIDPP of the HCP.
