In this article you will learn about:

Supported Languages

If there is a need for any language that is not currently supported, it becomes a topic for discussion with the development team.

Our system supports 11 different languages:

  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • English (UK and US)
  • At the moment the difference between these two languages is only dates display (UK: dd/mm/yy; US: mm/dd/yy)
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Polish
  • Russian
  • Spanish
  • Turkish

This means that our app provides users with the flexibility to view and navigate through the interface in their preferred language. Moreover, investigators can design their protocols in any supported language and select the desired language for seamless communication with each patient.

Difference Between Interface Language and Protocol Language

Our system offers two approaches to language translations for user convenience:

        • Interface language
        • Protocol language

        Interface language

        Not customized for individuals

The Interface language refers to the language used in the application interface (i.e. all menus, dialog boxes, error messages, etc., are represented in this language).

The preferred Interface language can be selected by users right in their app accounts in inCytes and Benchmarc

        Protocol language

        Customized for individuals

Protocol language is the language of the protocol and all kinds of communications our clients and their patients deal with (PROMs /surveys /emails/ SMS/ push and dashboard notifications in Benchmarc, etc.).

All aspects of the Protocol language can be tailored to meet client’s specific needs. Surveys and patient communication can be translated into any supported language or all languages at once, ensuring that the information provided to patients is clear and comprehensive. This localization / customization feature enhances the patient portal experience, making it more inclusive and easily accessible for all users.

        Email and SMS Customization

        Patient Onboarding

        Benchmarc notifications

Protocol translation process and average pricing

English is the basic language in our system, so even if the client needs any other of the supported languages, we are to add the English version of the Protocol/Patient communication first, and only then the requested localizations.

What can be localized for the Client’s Circle:

        • Survey names and questions
        • PROMs
          • The initial action involves searching for a verified source in the specified language.
          • If the verified source is not found/doesn’t exist, Google translation is added (requires approval)
        • PROMs graph descriptions
        • Treatment and Indication sections
        • License Agreement + Patient Consent
          • require Trade Chamber services (typically takes around 2-3 weeks for translation)
                • Patient Consent (translations provided by the Client OR Google translation is added (at approval)

Circle Name, Circle description, OP name & CUSTOMized Survey names may have ONLY ONE preferrable language applied.

The pricing and time of translating a protocol depends on the protocol structure and the number of languages required for translation.

Approximate pricing is “$75 x Hours” spent.
