Editing the Survey Completion Date


This feature is only active if you enable it from within a case. To enable this feature, the case needs to be created or edited by switching on the “Edit Survey Completion Date” toggle.


You can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to Cases.
  2. Open a case.
  3. Click the survey tab in Patient Progress section.
  4. Fill in the answers
  5. Click Save button.
  6. Click the date picker to the right to “Completed:” for each completed survey to adjust the completion date.
