Monitoring Patient Registration

You can monitor un/successful registrations in multiple ways:

 

From Your Patient list

by checking the date they joined. Status “Pending” means that the patient has not registered yet

From Your Tasks list

You can distinguish the status of a patient by their icon:

  • Registered patients are marked with a black icon
  • Not registered patients are marked with a white icon

You can also filter out not registered patients. To do this, select:

  1. Task Status: Open
  2. Delegate: Patient
  3. Patient Status: Not Registered
  4. Set the required due period (by entering manually or using the calendar icon)

And all the tasks meeting the set filter parameters will display.

 

 

From Your Task Details Screen

At the top right of the task detail screen you’ll see the button RESEND INVITATION if this patient hasn’t registered yet. Clicking this button will re-invite the patient to the app.

From Your Case Detail screen

At the top right of the Case detail screen you’ll see the button RESEND INVITATION if this patient hasn’t registered yet. Clicking this button will re-invite the patient to the app.
