Cases number can be found in various locations of the platform, each indicating different types of cases that are included. Here is where you can find them:
Circle Statistics
The Circle Statistics section displays two key metrics: "Cases Shared" and "Cases Created."
- "Cases Shared" displays the largest number of cases (which may match with the Cases Created). It’s the total number of cases created within this Circle including active and archived cases, and cases shared from other Circles.
- "Cases Created" shows the total number of cases created within the Circle, including archived cases.
Investigators list
Under the "CASES SHARED" column in the Circle Investigators list, you have the ability to see how many cases each investigator has shared with the Circle. This feature allows you to track and monitor the level of collaboration and contribution from each investigator, providing valuable insights into their involvement and overall engagement in the investigative process.
The total number of "cases shared" by all Circle investigators may be lower than the overall total displayed in Circle Statistics if some members have been removed from the Circle.
Circle Analytics
Compliance and Adherence
The ALL CIRCLE CASES cohort in Circle Analytics specifically focuses on active cases, filtering out any archived or shared cases for a more accurate analysis.
Scoring Group
When analyzing Scoring Groups, we assess patients' health outcomes based on specific metrics rather than individual cases.
To accurately measure these outcomes, it is crucial to answer certain questions; cases without answers to these questions are excluded from the calculation.
Thus, the "All CIRCLE CASES" cohort shows the total number of cases where the chosen scoring group has been completed in at least one survey. This count also includes shared cases from other Circles.
On the graph, the system shows the total number of scoring groups completed based on surveys.
As an example, 122 patients out of 128 completed the pre-treatment (0d) survey. It is common for patients to skip certain surveys while completing others during the assessment process.
Report Builder
Access to case data in Report Builder is determined by data access settings, along with the protocol version in use.
Make sure to review with your account manager permissions and settings to ensure accurate data access and analysis of the collected data.
Legend:
"All Circle Patients" shows the number of cases the user has access to, excluding archived cases and cases that do not have any completed surveys.

The graph shows only completed scoring groups in surveys, not all cases in the Circle.
