Sending Patient Surveys

No special actions are required from your side. As soon as a new case is created, a patient gets an invitation link (via email/SMS) to Benchmarc™ - a personal patient portal where they will be prompted to complete their first survey. Follow-up surveys are automatically sent via e-mail/SMS following the structure and scheduling identified in the Observational Protocol.
